Overview
Maskan was developed to address the operational challenges of modern real estate and compound management. The platform digitizes community operations, allowing property managers to manage units, generate automated utility/service invoices, track payments, and follow up on arrears. Residents benefit from a cross-platform mobile application built with Flutter, providing a unified portal to view invoices, make secure payments via integrated payment gateways, receive push notifications via FCM, and communicate directly with management. We engineered a responsive web admin dashboard on Next.js, backed by a scalable Node.js and PostgreSQL database engine.
The challenge
Traditional property management relied on paper receipts, manual Excel tracking, and disjointed communication channels, leading to high administrative overhead, payment delays, and lack of transparency for residents.

We developed Maskan as a comprehensive SaaS solution combining a Next.js administrative web portal and a cross-platform Flutter mobile application.
