Sa3y approached us with a monumental challenge: their offline caregiver matching service couldn't scale. Care coordinators were manually scheduling appointments via spreadsheets, leading to booking bottlenecks, lost data, and frustrated patients. They needed a high-performance, real-time dispatch and medical records engine that could operate with zero latency. We engineered the core platform from the ground up. By utilizing Next.js for the administrative web interface and Flutter for the provider applications, we unified their operations into a single cohesive system. Under the hood, a serverless backend powered by Neon DB and Edge functions handles real-time location matching, automatic scheduling conflicts, and instant push notifications. Today, Sa3y operates completely digitally. Manual coordination time has plummeted to zero, allowing the business to handle a massive surge in volume. The system is architected for enterprise-grade security and compliance, ensuring patient data is securely encrypted at rest and in transit.
